The Merchandising department at MAPL mediates marketing and production.
It executes the orders as per the costing and pricing. The department includes various activities such as internal & external communication, costing, ordering the material required, preparing order sheets & purchase orders, advising and assisting production the production department, arrange pre-production meetings, arrange inspections, be a helping hand to the shipping department, etc.
Production includes a series of activities to convert raw material into a finished product.
MAPL’s production department is an organized department of converting raw materials into finished products, that includes activities consisting of sequential processes such as laying, marking, cutting, stitching, checking, finishing, pressing and packing.

The shipping department prepares documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, airway bill, certificate of origin, etc. that are essential to be able to move the goods out of the production unit and send out to the port.
